THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute check here garbage. It's so bad, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million occasions, and it still breaks down. The construction is pathetic, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so angry that I wished I'd purchased something functional instead.
